Refund Policy

AIM (Artificial Intelligence in Motion) provides services on a project-based and consultation basis.

Services and Payments

All services are defined and agreed upon prior to project initiation. Payments are made for time, expertise, and delivery of agreed scope as outlined in individual agreements or invoices.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of consulting, strategy, and system design services, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or services have been delivered.

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of AIM, depending on project stage and work completed.

Cancellations

If a project is cancelled before work has begun, partial refunds may be reviewed based on any preparatory work completed or resources allocated.
